Here Comes Another Edition of OneMicNaija,  the live artiste showcase for fans, performers and all! 

One Mic always has unique ways of getting things done, and this October Edition, is not a dissapointment.

This season, #OneMicNaija  released via a Youtube video, the list of performers for the #Independence Edition  of Six of the Seven performers wishing Nigeria and Nigerians a happy independence!

The video starts off with a comicall Dammy Krane, followed by Niyola, Big Mo Oyinkansola, Solid Star and General Pype. The seventh performer will be revealed this week but we can give you some quick 'expo'- it is Loopy Music's Loose Kaynon. (Don't say we said so).  Don't forget, One Mic Naija will be holding on Sunday October 28th 2012, at Browns' Cafe, Ikeja.

December is sometimes considered the most wonderful time of the year because of Christmas, family, gifts, and all the events.

This December has some big events coming up and one that should definitely make everyone's 'Must Attend' list is 'A One Mic Naija to remember' on December 30th.

Moses Agboola, popularly known as Mo Eazy, was born in the ancient city of Kano, in northern Nigeria. His family eventually settled in South London, UK, where he spent years developing his unique brand of African influenced Hip Hop music. Though he has lived in the UK for the better part of his life, Mo' Eazy is grounded in his African heritage. By combining his colorful native tongue and homegrown rhythms with Western musical influences, he has created a unique style and sound that's finding favour with fans across Africa and beyond.

Last Month, residents of Lagos Island had a blast with One Mic Naija at the GET ARENA, LEKKI. This time, One Mic Naija returns to the Mainland, where as the organisers explain, some of the shows this year will hold. Browns' Cafe, the home of One Mic Naija on the mainland will once again come alive on SUNDAY JUNE 24TH as rappers, singers and more perform with the excellent One Mic Naija band!

Weeks after holding a much talked about edition in August, the haven for music lovers, promoters and the like is back again. This time with an edition that looks set to rock the mainland to its' core!

Born Femi Odukoya, Dark Poet has always been a music lover but the very first time he heard hip-hop in the early 90′s, he knew he wanted "in". After scribbling together his first lines,he decided to perform in public. In 2005, he started out as what hip-hop head's know as a battle rapper and won a couple of competitions including unilag's finest 2007(which was his last appearance as a battle-rapper). He proceeded to work on a debut album titled "Celebrity Status" after meeting producer Sossick of classic-tunes.

MEET SAEON! ONE OF THE ARTISTES BILLED TO PERFORM AT ONE MIC JUNE 2012!

Singer-songwriter with the stage name "Saeon" began singing at the age of four and went professional in 2009. Saeon is versatile in her style of music and gets her inspiration from every and anything around her, mostly, alternative R'n'B, Rock, Pop and a little bit of rap.

She grew up listening to the likes of Mariah Carey, Brandy, Cheryl Crowe, Toni Braxton, and Whitney Houston, Take that... Contemporary artistes that influence her include Neyo, Usher, Craig David, Keri Hilson, Kelly Clarkson, Trey Songz, and Nicki Minaj.
